Mrs. De Souza serves as a Marketing Associate at IRA Capital; she joined the team in 2021. Her responsibilities include executing upon some of the firm’s marketing functions which include event planning, press relations, investor relations, and supporting the firm’s various team members with ongoing marketing projects. Mrs. De Souza earned a Bachelors of Arts in Communications and Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton.
