David Hsing

Assistant Controller, Accounting

Mr. Hsing serves as an Assistant Controller in IRA Capital’s accounting department. He is responsible for assisting in audits of the organizations finances; tracks investors information and ownership for all entities; issues investors distributions; assists in the preparation of audit information necessary for IRA’s external accounting firm; along with assisting in the preparation of State and Federal taxes and distribution of K1 forms.

Prior to joining IRA Capital in 2021, Mr. Hsing was previously a Controller at CT Realty Investors, and prior to that role also served in various senior accounting functions at other commercial real estate firms including Voit, Donahue Schriber, and Transwestern. Mr. Hsing holds a bachelors degree from California State University, Long Beach.
