Rick Wade

Associate, Asset Management

Mr. Wade is an Associate responsible for supporting the acquisition, development, and asset management activities of the company. Mr. Wade is focused on the acquisition of stabilized and opportunistic projects as well as the asset management of the firm’s investments. Prior to IRA capital, Mr. Wade gained Commercial Real Estate experience working as an Investment Sales Broker out of Marcus & Millichap’s Newport Beach office.

Mr. Wade earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a member and two-year Captain of the Football team.
