Mr. Patel is an Associate responsible for supporting the acquisition, development, and asset management activities of the company. Mr. Patel is focused on the acquisition of stabilized and opportunistic projects as well as the asset management of the firm’s investments.

Mr. Patel earned a Bachelors degree in both Finance and Economics from University of California, Riverside and has a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
