Daniel Sitz

Managing Director, Asset Management

Mr. Sitz is a Managing Director responsible for supporting the acquisition, and asset management activities of IRA Capital. Mr. Sitz is focused on the asset management of stabilized and opportunistic projects as well as the acquisition of new properties. Mr. Sitz’s responsibilities include monitoring the company’s portfolio, sourcing new investments, obtaining financing, overseeing property managers leasing brokers, and general contractors.

Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Sitz was active in real estate sales and leasing. He has previously worked as a sales associate with Marcus & Millichap in West Los Angeles and as a leasing agent with Avison Young. Before finding his passion in real estate Daniel’s primary focus was medical research. Mr. Sitz has been published in several scientific journals and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles with cum laude honors.
