Senior Associate, Asset Management

Ms. Read is an Asset Manager responsible for supporting the asset management activities of IRA Capital’s investments. Prior to IRA Capital, Ms. Read was active in both residential and commercial property management. She started her career as a property manager managing SFRs, 1-to-4-unit apartment buildings, industrial, and mix-use properties throughout Northern and Southern California. Thereafter, she worked at Craig Realty Group and Red Tail Acquisitions, both institutional commercial real estate firms, responsible for various lease administration activities such as lease abstraction, annual budgets, and operating expense reconciliations.

Ms. Read earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Irvine, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She is also a licensed California Real Estate Agent.
