Andrew Ciarfalia

Vice President, Senior Housing

Mr. Ciarfalia is a Vice President responsible for supporting the acquisition and asset management activities of the company’s senior housing portfolio. Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Ciarfalia spent 12 years at Sunrise Senior Living in various positions including Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Vice President of Asset Management, where he managed more than 100 communities throughout the US and Canada on behalf of institutional owners.

Mr. Ciarfalia earned a Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, graduating with honors and distinction, from the University of Rochester.
