Amer F. Kasm

Managing Partner

Mr. Kasm is a Managing Partner at IRA Capital, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio management processes. With tremendous experience overseeing commercial real estate portfolios, he has played a key role in the acquisition, financing, and development of total projects exceeding $5 billion across various asset classes.

Mr. Kasm started his career in the multifamily sector at a national brokerage and advisory firm. Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Kasm established AZUR Realty Partners, a full-service real estate firm where he managed investment, development, and asset management activities for both the firm's portfolio and a Southern California-based family office.

Mr. Kasm earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He actively dedicates his time to various non-profit organizations, including the American Cancer Society where he is a Board member.
