IRA invests in senior housing properties across the care spectrum beginning with Independent Living (no care 55+ age-restricted multifamily), Assisted Living, Memory Care, and full-spectrum Continuing Care Retirement Communities. IRA focuses on assets where the source of revenue is majority private-pay. As such, we seek to minimize exposure to Skilled Nursing Facilities where residents require high levels of care that often rely on insurance for reimbursement.
