- The Fund's portfolio is expected to generally consist of debt securities that Scarsdale Capital LLC (the "Manager"), which manages the Fund, believes trade at a discount to their fundamental value due to their industry, size or some form of perceived stress on the company or specific security.
- The Fund is ratings and geographically agnostic, but generally has a vast majority of the portfolio invested in the U.S. and in sub-investment grade debt.
