UCSD Cancer & Health Center

The UCSD Cancer & Health Center medical building is approximately 20,000 square feet and is 100% leased to The University of California San Diego Health System (“UCSD Health”).  Having occupied the first floor of the facility since 2011 as one of UCSD’s two cancer infusion centers in Northern San Diego County, the property is ideally situated off Sycamore Avenue with easy access to highway 78, I-5, and I-15.  In addition to providing much-needed cancer treatment services to the local community, UCSD Health recently expanded its occupancy to include the second floor where it will be providing primary care services.  The property is strategically located within a 4-building medical complex occupied by leading cancer treatment and imaging/diagnostics providers including Scripps’ Radiation Therapy Center, Tri-City Pet CT, and Quest Diagnostics.
