Mount Dora Surgical Center was built in 2009 and is 100% leased to a partnership consisting of Regent Surgical Health (RSH), Leesburg Regional Medical Center (322 beds), and a large group of physicians. The Center offers care for a wide variety of surgical needs. The Center is known for having state-of-the-art equipment as well as performing the very latest in procedures. Services offered at the Center include General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Podiatry, Orthopedics, and Urology.

The Property is located along the southeast side of Lake Center Drive, approximately 720 feet northeast of North Highway 19A. It is in close proximity to Florida Hospital Waterman (269 beds).
