IRA Capital has accumulated a 600,000 square foot student housing portfolio consisting of Summit at Coates Run and University Edge, which represent approximately 2,000 beds (450 units). The properties include 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and feature fully-amenitized clubhouses, activity and fitness centers, swimming pools, tanning salons, outdoor recreation and grill areas.

IRA Capital closed on the disposition of University Edge on October 31, 2017; Summit at Coates Run is still under the IRA Portfolio.
