Pocono Surgery Center

The Property is a medical office building leased to Pocono Ambulatory Surgery Center (“PASC”) and Lehigh Valley Health Network. PASC is a JV partnership between Surgical Care Affiliates “SCA” (a wholly owned subsidiary of UnitedHealth, Moody’s A3), Lehigh Valley Health Network “LVHN” (Moody’s A2), and the physicians conducting operations at the Property. The Physician partners have conducted a wide range of procedures at the property over the past three decades including gastrointestinal, gynecology, neurologic, spine, plastic, ophthalmology, orthopedic, and lithotripsy. The center currently staffs 37 surgeons, 10 anesthesiologists, 22 registered nurses, 8 surgical techs, and a full administrative support team.
