Las Colinas Cancer Center

Las Colinas Cancer Center ("LCCC") is a single-specialty medical office building located within the highly affluent Dallas suburb of Las Colinas.  LCCC was built in 2007 and is strategically situated across the street from Medical City Las Colinas, a 100-bed hospital owned by HCA Healthcare.

The property is 100% leased to an oncology practice, which consists of a joint venture between Cancer Treatment Centers of America ("CTCA") and Choice Cancer Centers.  CTCA is a national cancer care network of hospitals and outpatient centers, and Choice Cancer Centers is a dominant oncology practice in the Dallas area. The building was designed with a linear accelerator vault to provide radiation therapy, in addition to clinical space for administering chemotherapy, select surgical procedures, and an imaging center which provides PET and CT scan technology.
