Las Colinas Campus Office

The almost 250,000-square-foot campus at 6555 Sierra Drive currently serves as the corporate headquarters for utility firm Vistra Corp.  Built in 1999, the office complex, which faces Bush Turnpike, was owned by a joint venture that includes New York-based Lexington Realty Trust. Vistra has fully leased the campus through 2035. Vistra also occupies a larger, newly renovated office building at 1925 W. John Carpenter Freeway in Las Colinas.
