The 60,000 SF class A industrial facility is home to Lake Region Medical polymer based catheter line manufacturing division. The facility is located on 4.1 acres just off Interstate 59 in Trenton, GA. Built in 1986 and extensively renovated in 2016, the property features 20,000 SF of office space and 40,000 SF of industrial space. Included in the rentable area is 10,000 SF of 2 ISO Class 8 clean-rooms, 4,500 SF dedicated to the Automation and Equipment Team, and 3,600 SF dedicated to the New Product Team, including a lab.

This mission critical facility, which will be operating 24/7 and housing more than 300 employees, is the only factory within Integer (NYSE: ITGR) that manufactures the polymer based components of catheter line and has been one of the best performing plants within the company. This facility accounts for roughly $55.0 million in revenue (7.5% of total revenue) and $14.0 million in adjusted EBITDA (10% of total adjusted EBITDA) in 2016.
