Edwards-Elmhurst Health Center

Edwards-Elmhurst Health Center is a 15,500 square foot medical office building in Oswego, Illinois (45 miles west of downtown Chicago). The property was constructed in 2008 as a built-to-suit multispecialty facility for Edward-Elmhurst Healthcare (“Edwards”).  The outpatient facility provides a range of primary and specialty care services for the health system, including imaging, urgent care, lab services, and women’s health.  The property is strategically located 14 miles from Edwards’ hospital campus in Naperville and 31 miles from Edwards’ hospital in Elmhurst.  Edwards selected the location in 2008 to capitalize on  the population growth trends associated with the neighboring suburbs and to expand their reach into the market, which has been validated by the facility’s above-average patient volumes.
