Dignity Health - Sahara

The 41,243 square-foot, two-story medical building was built in 2017 and is 100% occupied by Dignity Health (“Dignity”).  Dignity is one of the largest health systems in the nation, with more than 400 care centers, including 41 hospitals, urgent and occupational care, imaging and surgery centers, home health, and primary care clinics in 22 states.  The first floor of the property consists of a fully-licensed hospital and Emergency Department, including complete lab and radiology/imaging services.  The second floor consists of physician offices that provides primary care services.  The state-of-the-art facility is located at the NW corner of West Sahara Avenue and South Decatur Boulevard.
