Dignity Health - Baseline

Dignity Health FSED - Baseline is a single-story free-standing emergency department constructed in 2016 located in Mesa, Arizona.  The property is situated just north of Baseline Road on the west side of Gilbert Road, which sees an average daily traffic volume of 47,718 vehicles. With its location less than half a mile south of Superstition Freeway (Highway 60), the property is easily accessible from Phoenix, via Interstate-10.  The property is 100% leased to Arizona General Hospital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dignity Health.  Dignity Health recently merged with Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) to form CommonSpirit Health.  The new $29 billion system is the largest nonprofit health system in the country by revenue, operating more than 700 care sites and 142 hospitals, as well as research programs, virtual care services, home health programs and living communities. The combined system has 150,000 employees and 25,000 physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
