IRA Capital Pays $40M for Orange County Apartments

 

July 26, 2021 - Southern California private equity firm IRA Capital (“IRA”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of 121 multifamily units in the cities of Costa Mesa and Orange, California. 

The 78-unit Orange property is a single-community consisting of 14 separate buildings on adjacent parcels near the intersection of Chapman Avenue and Main Street.  The community benefits from its close proximity to St. Joseph's Hospital, Children's Hospital of Orange County, and Chapman University.  The 43-units in Costa Mesa are in nine separate buildings located in the Mesa Del Mar neighborhood, and one in Eastside Costa Mesa on 20th Street.
