IRA Capital is pleased to announce the recent off-market acquisition of a 54,000 SF Class A medical office building in the downtown medical district of Fort Worth, TX

The property was a build-to-suit in 2004 for the Tenant, The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders ("The Cancer Center"), one of the leading oncology practices in the Dallas-Ft. Worth MSA. The Cancer Center has more than 100 health care professionals in 9 locations throughout North Texas.  The property is The Cancer Center's central campus and is located in the heart of the downtown Ft. Worth medical district, in close proximity to 5 major hospitals with more than 2, 100 beds. The Cancer Center recently extended their lease for a new 10-year term expiring in 2025.
