March 29, 2015 – IRA Capital announced today that it recently closed their largest sale to date, which was the sale of an $81,500,000 portfolio of 4 Lowe’s Home Improvement stores. Lowe’s Home Improvement is a leading home retailer and is generally regarded as one of the top performers in their sector.
