Poinsettia Plaza is a 153,00 SF retail center located off the 101 Freeway and Telephone Road in Ventura, CA. The center is 84% occupied by a strong mix of national tenants which include Ross Dress for Less, Petco, and Office Depot, among others. Hauser-Ross Eye Institute (Sycamore, IL)The Hauser-Ross Eye Institute is a brand-new 36,000 SF Class-A Medical Office Building and Surgery Center. The property is adjacent to a prominent Northwestern Medicine hospital campus and was acquired as part of a sale-leaseback for a 20 year term to the region's leading ophthalmology group.University of Texas Medical (Houston, TX). The 18,000 SF multispecialty clinic was constructed as a build-to-suit in 2014 for UT Physicians, which is the University of Texas clinical practice.
