Sam Kasm

Senior Associate, Asset Management

Mr. Kasm is an Asset Manager at IRA Capital, where he supports the firm’s asset management operations across its diverse investment portfolio. He brings a broad background in real estate, with experience spanning both residential and commercial property management.

Before joining IRA Capital, Mr. Kasm began his career in corporate finance and went on to manage a wide range of property types, including office, retail, and residential assets. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience overseeing more than $1 billion in federal government assets.

Mr. Kasm holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Economics and Biology from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Cal Poly Pomona. He also earned a Master’s in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Virginia.
